Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Anatcon Cloud platform. By creating an instance you accept them.

1. Service

We provide managed database instances on a best-effort basis with the availability targets published on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Acceptable use

Instances may not be used for unlawful activity, crypto-mining, or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may suspend an instance that degrades shared infrastructure.

3. Billing

Usage is metered hourly and invoiced monthly. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after 14 days.

4. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
